These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lyontruckinginc.com (the "Site") and the freight transportation services provided by Lyon Trucking Inc. ("Lyon," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Site or services, you agree to these Terms.
Lyon Trucking Inc. is a federally licensed motor carrier (MC-759136) providing asset-based truckload freight services across the lower 48 United States, including dry van, refrigerated, dedicated, brokerage, and long-haul services.
All quotes provided through this Site or by our dispatch team are estimates based on the information provided at the time of quoting. Final rates are confirmed at the time of booking and may be adjusted based on accessorial charges, layover, detention, fuel surcharge fluctuations, or load conditions.
For services provided by Lyon's asset fleet:
For brokered freight: Lyon vets all carrier partners. Liability for cargo and service is governed by the contracting carrier's insurance and applicable broker-carrier agreements.
Real-time tracking is provided as a convenience. While we make every effort to keep tracking data accurate and current, Lyon does not guarantee uninterrupted access or perfect accuracy of GPS data. For mission-critical updates, please contact dispatch directly.
Standard payment terms are net 30 from the date of invoice for established shippers. New customers may be subject to credit approval, quick-pay terms, or prepayment requirements. Detention, layover, and accessorial charges are billed in accordance with the rate confirmation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyon's liability for cargo damage or delay shall be limited to the terms of the bill of lading and applicable federal regulations (49 U.S.C. § 14706, Carmack Amendment). Lyon is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
